Our Mission
Seeker Survey is an aquatic and marine biosecurity company that was founded on recognizing the need to quickly and easily identify whats in our lakefronts. Our goal is to provide dynamic solutions that will maintain and preserve the environmental and biological integrity of threatened and sensitive ecosystems.
Meet the Team
Garner Lanier has spent much of his career building data pipelines and implementing a wide range of Machine Learning algorithms to innovate and automate processes, insights, and classifications for many teams. Understanding Garrett’s continual usage of divers to survey for Milfoil in Washington State, he recognized the opportunity to automate the identification of invasive lakeweeds.
Garner leads Seeker and its opportunity with using computer vision algorithms and managing survey data. Surveying underwater lakefronts requires building a data platform and web experience for counties and homeowners to quickly gain insights about whats near shore in the water column.
Garrett Raemhild knows all things diving and aquatic invasive plan remediation. A Divemaster who built and sold Seascapes, an aquatic invasive species remediation and survey company in Seattle. His team serves numerous counties and homeowners to keep lakes gorgeous, utilizable, and ensure lakes can be their intended habitats.
With a degree in Chemical Oceanography from the University of Washington and expertise on and in the water, he leads our engineering efforts for the robotics challenges we face in surveying nearshore in lakes. Garrett knows best about how to move through the water and what counties and customers need in underwater surveillance.
